Spot Cleaning

Liquid spills should be mopped up quickly using a clean towel – blot the stain gently to remove excess liquid without pressing too firmly.

Moreover, make sure you start working from the outer area of the stain. Repeat the step until the stain is removed completely.  

Coffee and Tea

If there is a coffee or a tea stain, blot as much of the spillage as possible using an absorbent cloth.

Make a solution of white vinegar and alcohol in equal parts, soak a lint-free cloth with the solution, apply to the stain by gently dabbing, then press the affected area with an absorbent cloth. 

Alcoholic Drinks

Eliminate as Much as Excess Liquid-Moisten a clean cloth with rubbing alcohol and gently dab the stain.

Then blot the area using cold water mixed with liquid detergent – it may be necessary to do this more than once. Dry the area with a towel then dab again with cold water and blot dry. 

Red Wine and Fruit Juice

In the case of, red wine and fruit juice, blot as much of the excess liquid away and then dab immediately using a mixture of rubbing alcohol and water at the ratio of 3:1.
