Single Serve Chocolate Brownies

Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small oven-safe ramekin or microwave-safe mug with butter or cooking spray.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until fully melted

To the melted butter, add the granulated sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder. Stir until well combined

Add the vanilla extract and egg yolk to the mixture, and stir until smooth and creamy

Stir in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix
