Condensed milk ice cream

Ensure that the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk are chilled before beginning.

In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form

Gently fold the chilled sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until well combined

If you'd like to add any mix-ins such as chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or fruit puree, gently fold them into the ice cream mixture at this point

Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm
